Administrative history
Créé en 1989, le Comité des 75 ans d'Amos avait pour objet d'organiser des manifestations variées de couleur locale pour célébrer cet événement. Sous le thème « l'Harricana une légende » toute la population et les organismes locaux ont manifesté leur intérêt en s'impliquant dans l'élaboration d'activités à thèmes prédéfinis.
Custodial history
Le fonds a été déposé en septembre 1989 par Mme Danielle Boudreau, coordonnatrice des fêtes. Par la suite, quelques ajouts ont complété le fonds. Jean Chabot, du Service des loisirs de la Ville d'Amos a également fait un dépôt en février 2003.

Le fonds comprend les documents administratifs du comité, les dossiers d'activités et de production, des exemplaires des articles promotionnels et des documents photographiques et audiovisuels complémentaires aux dossiers.
